Shipping:

All shipping of physical items that come directly from my studio are shipped within the US only. Digital products and services are worldwide.
For possible exclusions to this rule, see the POD/ Drop-Shipped Items/ Sourced Items below.

Packaging:

When possible, all packaging materials including but not limited to: wrapping, cushioning, support boards, boxes, tapes, and envelopes - are from recycled materials. I ensure that all materials are clean and secure in their construction. This helps to keep both cost and waste to a minimum.

Returns on Physical Products:

If you are unsatisfied with your original artwork (excluding commissions), handmade journal, or wearable design you can return it for a refund by emailing me within 7 days of receiving it.

The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Commissioned orders are a final sale.

- No returns or refunds are given on printable, downloadable, commissions, or coaching sessions.

- No guarantees are made to successful outcomes on coaching calls. Coaching calls are for guidance and input from what has worked for me over the years. Outcome is subject to many variables including the customer’s skill level, time of experience, willingness to apply learned techniques, and client market structures.

Vintage Variations:

All handmade items in my shop are OOAK and may contain vintage, thrifted, and/ or recycled materials. The natural patina that comes with time and previous usage lends a whimsical charm that should be appreciated for its history.

Small format artwork that comes framed is done so using vintage thrifted frames and therefore will not be in NEW condition but in beautiful vintage condition.

Colors might vary slightly from on-screen display.

POD/ Drop-Shipped Items/ Sourced Items:

All items that are created outside of my studio are clearly marked.
Sourced items will include the name of the manufacturer. POD (print on demand) and drop-shipped items will include the name of the fulfillment center.

Shipping areas may vary according to POD/drop-shipping rules. when possible this will be clearly stated.

No promises or guarantees of financial success are made as a result of taking my courses or as a result of one-on-one mentorship.

Outcome is independent of my courses and mentorship program and is a direct result of individual experiences in business practices by my students and clients.
